Oversee projects from start to finish, handling everything from preparation of preliminary budgets and schedules, management of design and bid process, tracking of budgets, contracts, and payments, and tracking of construction process.
Consulting
Provide general consulting services to clients, including but not limited to development of building standards, building system analysis, contract review, bid review, and budget preparation.
Contractor Coordination
Identification of qualified contractors and vendors. Facilitation of relationship between client and various contractors to ensure quality and project completion.
